- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bag sweet potato chips
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Arrange sweet potato chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Spoon ground beef mixture over the sweet potato chips.
- Top with diced tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, black olives, red onion, jalapeno, and salsa.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
