Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 bag sweet potato chips
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Arrange sweet potato chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon ground beef mixture over the sweet potato chips.
