Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
