  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

    Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Season with garlic, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice.
