Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Then add paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
