- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Gradually add a spoonful of the hot mixture to the egg yolks, whisking constantly. This will temper the eggs and prevent them from curdling.
- Pour the tempered egg mixture back into the saucepan and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens further.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter until melted and well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely.
