  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
