  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a small saucepan, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, until thickened.
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush salmon fillets with orange glaze, reserving some for serving.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
