- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onions in butter until tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
