Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
