Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the bell peppers and onion into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Add the garlic cloves to the baking sheet.
