  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  • Add oatmeal, butter, and yoghurt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
