Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add oatmeal, butter, and yoghurt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
