Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
  • Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
  • Add the salt and melted butter, and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling it around to coat the bottom of the pan.

  • Repeat with the remaining batter.

  • Fold the crepe in half, then in half again to form a triangle.

  • Serve immediately.
