Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add the salt and melted butter, and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling it around to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift up and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the crepe over and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto each crepe.
- Fold the crepe in half, then in half again to form a triangle.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
- Serve immediately.
