Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces of noodles
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 cup of sliced vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
