Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
  • 2 fried chicken wings
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Directions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add shallot, garlic, and red chili. Saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
