Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small red chili, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fried shallots
- 1 fried chicken wing
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shallot, garlic, and red chili. Saute until fragrant.
