Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken, shrimp, and ham and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add the carrot and green onion and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Push the ingredients to the side of the wok or skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space.
  • Scramble the eggs until cooked through and then mix them in with the other ingredients.
  • Add the cooked white rice to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until well combined.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
