Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup diced chicken
- 1/2 cup diced shrimp
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced green onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken, shrimp, and ham and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the carrot and green onion and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Push the ingredients to the side of the wok or skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked through and then mix them in with the other ingredients.
- Add the cooked white rice to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
