- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup diced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup diced shrimp
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Optional garnishes: sliced cucumber, tomato wedges, fried shallots
