Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

    Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir to combine, and cook for another 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

    Spread half of the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and layer with half of the beef mixture and cheese.

    Add the remaining chips, beef, and cheese on top.

    Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove from oven and garnish with tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, olives, and cilantro.
