- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup fresh cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup cashew paste (optional for creaminess)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
