Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 2. Chop the garlic and onion.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
- 6. Season with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- 7. Stir in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
- 8. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 9. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
