Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
