Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in flour and shake off excess.

    Heat 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden, then remove.
