Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • 2. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • 3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  • 4. Spread a layer of raspberry jam on the bottom of the multicooker pot.
  • 5. Dip the ladyfingers in water and arrange them in a single layer on top of the jam.
  • 6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
  • 7. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, jam, and mascarpone mixture.
  • 8. Cover the multicooker and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  • 9. Release the pressure and let the charlotte cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • 10. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.
