- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 2. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- 4. Spread a layer of raspberry jam on the bottom of the multicooker pot.
- 5. Dip the ladyfingers in water and arrange them in a single layer on top of the jam.
- 6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
- 7. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, jam, and mascarpone mixture.
- 8. Cover the multicooker and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- 9. Release the pressure and let the charlotte cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- 10. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.
