  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  • 2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
