  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
