Ingredients

  • 4 traditional Chinese moon cakes
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 small pieces of chocolate
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place moon cakes on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place a marshmallow on top of each moon cake.
  • Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and place a piece of chocolate on top of each marshmallow.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate.
  • Insert a skewer into each moon cake and serve immediately.
