Ingredients
- 4 traditional Chinese moon cakes
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 small pieces of chocolate
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place moon cakes on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place a marshmallow on top of each moon cake.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place a piece of chocolate on top of each marshmallow.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate.
- Insert a skewer into each moon cake and serve immediately.
