Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the milk, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

  • Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering milk mixture, stirring constantly.
