- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
