Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
