Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp massaman curry paste
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup water
