Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
