Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mama Tom Yam noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup of sliced tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of tom yam paste
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Boil the water in a pot and cook the Mama Tom Yam noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, carrots, and tofu to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  • Add the tom yam paste, fish sauce, and lime juice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
