  • 1 package of Mama Tom Yam noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced tofu
  • 1 tablespoon tom yam paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Directions

    Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot and cook the Mama Tom Yam noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
