Ingredients
- 1 package of Mama Tom Yam noodles
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of sliced onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup of sliced tofu
- 1 tablespoon of tom yam paste
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot and cook the Mama Tom Yam noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, carrots, and tofu to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add the tom yam paste, fish sauce, and lime juice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
