Ingredients

  • 200 grams Maggie noodles
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 momo wrappers

Directions

    Cook the Maggie noodles according to package instructions and set aside to cool.

    In a pan, sauté onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
