Ingredients
- 1 packet of Maggie noodles
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Momo wrappers
Instructions
- Cook the Maggie noodles as per package instructions and let it cool.
