Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
