Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.

  • Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well coated.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
