Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
