Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
