Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
