Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  • Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
