Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
- Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
