Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
