Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over chicken.
- Cut cauliflower into florets and place on another baking sheet. Melt butter and drizzle over cauliflower. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake chicken and cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cauliflower is tender.
- Garnish cauliflower with chopped parsley before serving.
