Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over chicken.
  • Cut cauliflower into florets and place on another baking sheet. Melt butter and drizzle over cauliflower. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake chicken and cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cauliflower is tender.
  • Garnish cauliflower with chopped parsley before serving.
