Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
