These delicious brownies are a healthier alternative to traditional chocolate brownies. Made with carob powder and almond flour, they are low in carbs and high in flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, carob powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
