Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
