Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
