Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, applesauce, honey, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cocoa powder, coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spoon batter into a greased cake pop mold and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
