Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 cups french fries
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add the tomato wedges and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the french fries. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
