Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
