Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
