Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
