Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lentils under cold water.
