  • 1 celery stalk, diced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
