  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup za'atar spice blend
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
