- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup za'atar spice blend
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle.
- Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the za'atar spice blend and olive oil. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough circles.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley over the za'atar mixture.
- Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
