Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
