Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and bring the chili to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
