Ingredients
- 2 cups dried white beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the white beans and soak them in water overnight.
- 2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
