Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid, etc.)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  • Add the broth, soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
