Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Add beef to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the marinated beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked through.
- Stir in green onions and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
